Join us and help run what runs the world.\nThis position reports to:\nProcurement Manager__\nYour role and responsibilities.\nIn this role, you will Maintain regular contact with forwarders to ensure timely shipment coordination and issue resolution. Follow up on Cargo X procedures and document management via Nafeza system by suppliers. Follow up with brokers on retention of samples in Scales Authority and NTRA compliance\nMonitor and manage the clearance process from Form 4 issuance through final cargo clearance from customs\nThe work model for the role is: Onsite\nThis role is contributing to the ELDS / SWG Business line in Egypt.\nYou will be mainly accountable for:\nMaintaining complete and accurate data in the ERP system.\nEnsuring daily contact with forwarders and Clearing Agents.\nExperience in logistics operations with knowledge of customs procedures.\nProficiency in Cargo X system and Nafeza platform.\nKnowledge of Egyptian customs regulations (NTRA, Scales and stamping Authorities).\nStrong communication and follow-up skills.\n Qualifications for the role (Mandatory)\nYou have 5+years of experience in Logistics and customs Clearance activities.\nPossess an enhanced knowledge of / You are qualified in / Highly adept in SAP / Power PI.\nYou are captivated by Communication skills and Time managment.\nBachelor's degree in: Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration or similar\nFluent in English, with strong communication skills across all levels of the organization\nAttention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks\nWhat's in it for you?\nWe want you to bring your full self to work-your ideas, your energy, your ambition.
