Join us and help run what runs the world.\nThis position reports to:\nManufacturing Supervisor - 2nd Shift__\nThe work model for the role is: Onsite, Flowery Branch, GA\nYour role and responsibilities:\nSet up and operate CNC turning and milling machines to produce precision components, verify first-piece quality using precision measuring tools, and perform routine machine maintenance.\nRead and interpret blueprints, work orders, and technical documentation while maintaining manufacturing records in SAP and preparing tooling, jigs, and fixtures.\nAbility to work in a manufacturing environment, including lifting up to 50 lbs., standing for extended periods, using overhead cranes and precision measuring equipment, and demonstrating strong problem-solving, math, and machining skills in a high-precision setting.\nQualifications for the role:\nHS Diploma or equivalent required.\n 1 Year of industrial or military experience, or vocational/technical education; motor manufacturing experience preferred.\nMust pass a background and drug screen and have valid U.S. work authorization.\nProficiency in reading, speaking, and writing English is essential for maintaining a safe work environment.\nRegular attendance and availability for overtime are essential job functions.\nWhat's in it for you\nWe want you to bring your full self to work-your ideas, your energy, your ambition.
