Join us and help run what runs the world.\nThis position reports to:\nMaintenance Supervisor__\nThe work model for the role is: Onsite, Fort Smith, AR\nYour role and responsibilities:\nDiagnose, troubleshoot, and repair electrical, electronic, mechanical, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems, including servomotors, controls, compressors, and related components.\nInterpret electrical schematics, operate electrical tools, and research technical information needed to repair new or unfamiliar equipment.\nPerform preventative maintenance, maintain accurate repair records, and keep the maintenance area organized, clean, and compliant with all safety procedures (including lockout/tagout).\n Prioritize workplace safety, collaborate closely with machine operators, and support overtime needs to keep equipment running reliably.\nQualifications for the role:\nHigh school diploma or equivalent required. Associate degree in Industrial Maintenance or related field preferred. Alternatively, 2 years of related experience may substitute for the degree. 3+Plus in manufacturing environment preferred.\nStrong knowledge of electrical systems, pneumatics, hydraulics, control systems, and PLC troubleshooting.\nSkilled in reading technical documentation, diagnosing machine issues, repairing heavy machinery, and clearly communicating root causes.\nAdaptable, organized, able to manage multiple priorities, cross-train, learn new technologies, and maintain strong professional communication skills.\nWhat's in it for you\nWe want you to bring your full self to work-your ideas, your energy, your ambition.
