Join us and help run what runs the world.\nThis position reports to:\nProduction Manager__\nYour role and responsibilities\nIn this role, you will have the opportunity to lead a function focused on the optimization of the Production organization’s assembly methods, processes, and equipment. Each day, you will ensure that the production process aligns with the project targets, approves the design, both for internal or external developed processes and performs the final test in accordance with the project’s data. You will also showcase your expertise by ensuring the efficiency of all external production processes.\nThe work model for the role is: {onsite}\nThis role is contributing to the {EL-ELDS-DSSWIT: Instrument Transformers & Sensors (ITS)}in {Xiamen, China}. Main stakeholders are {ELDS}.\nYou will be mainly accountable for:\nDefining production costs and the sequence of the working phases of a new production process to minimize cost and maximize quality.\nDeveloping and proposing the estimated budget of investments necessary for the development of new products and processes.\nSupporting the Supply Chain Management department in selecting suppliers, evaluating the technology and capacity, and determining the best option.\nCooperating with international teams in the optimization of technical standards and supporting engineers in the definition or configuration of new design rules.\n Preventive Maintenance System Development： Develop and continuously optimize preventive maintenance plans and SOPs, lead the implementation of TPM (Total Productive Maintenance), establish equipment history files and failure databases to reduce unplanned downtime.\nMaintenance Team Management： Oversee daily operations of maintenance teams, arrange shifts and work assignments rationally, provide guidance on complex fault diagnosis and emergency repairs, and supervise compliance with maintenance quality and safety standards.\nSafety & Environmental Compliance: Ensure periodic inspection and registration of special equipment; prevent safety and environmental incidents caused by equipment.\nTechnical Retrofit & Energy Conservation: Lead equipment technical renovation projects, prepare technical proposals and budgets, coordinate construction and commissioning, and drive lower energy consumption per unit product.\nEquipment Automation: Take charge of equipment automation and digital transformation and upgrades.\nSpare Parts & Inventory Control: Build safety stock models for critical equipment spare parts, optimize procurement schedules, manage spare parts inventory turnover, and cut capital occupation.\nCross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with Production, Process, EHS and Quality teams. Support equipment readiness during new product pilot runs, conduct equipment assessments for process changes, and participate in system audits.\nOur team dynamics \nYou will join a {dynamic, talented, high performing}team, where you will be able to thrive.\nQualifications for the role\nJob Requirements\nFamiliar with epoxy resin production process and the principles of supporting equipment; knowledgeable about chemical machinery, instrument automation and electrical control.\nStrong analytical skills, capable of equipment fault analysis, diagnosis and troubleshooting.\nExcellent cross-functional communication and coordination skills, ability to work under pressure, and solid cost awareness.\nProficient in MS Office; familiar with the basic logic of equipment modules within MES/ERP systems.\nQualifications\nEducation: Bachelor’s degree or above.
