That's our story. Make it your story.\nYour Role: Own the Challenge\nIn this role, you will have the opportunity to support the Maintenance team. Each day, you will adjust tooling or equipment on the press to perform model changeovers, repair faults detected in the machine and carry out its operational testing. and operate all types of mechanical tools.\nThe work model for the role is: #LI-Onsite\nThis role is contributing to the Electrification Installation Products in Guadalupe, Nuevo Leon.\nYou will be mainly accountable for:\nComplete daily work reports and verify the availability of required materials, tools, and equipment for assigned tasks.\n\nMonitor work progress and quality, reporting any machine, tooling, or safety equipment issues to the supervisor.\n\nRepair and maintain molds, dies, inserts, and other high-precision tooling; perform die setup and adjustments as needed.\n\nInspect tools after each operation and conduct basic preventive maintenance on assigned equipment.\n\nSupport production and process teams during the approval, startup, transfer, or implementation of new or repaired tools, molds, and dies.\n\nMaintain a clean, safe, and organized work area; manage tooling inventory and ensure compliance with Quality Management System requirements.\n\nParticipate in continuous improvement, safety, housekeeping, Kaizen, 5S activities, training sessions, and identify equipment, tooling, materials, or safety replacements needed to improve operations.\n\nOur team dynamics \nYou will join a dynamic, talented, high performing team, where you will be able to thrive.\n Qualifications for the role\nBachelor's degree or technical degree (Machining and Tooling, or a related field)\n\nOne year of professional experience related\n\nKnowledge and Skills: Blueprint/technical drawing interpretation, use of precision measuring instruments, bench fitting and assembly adjustments, press operation, die repair and maintenance, basic electrical knowledge, 5S methodology and workplace organization principles\n\nWe also offer our employees the following benefits:\nPerformance Bonus\n\nSaving fund\n\nPaid parental leave\n\nLife insurance\n\nRetirement plan\n\nHealth and dental insurance\n\nWellbeing program\n\nFlex days\n\nEmployee Assistance Program (PAE)\n\nAccess to development platforms: Spark, Harvard Manager Mentor and English Learning EF English Live School (EF)\n\nWhat's in it for you\nWe empower you to take initiative, challenge ideas, and lead with confidence.
