Join us and help run what runs the world.\nThis position reports to:\nMaintenance Manager__\n\nJob Advert\nYour role and responsibilities\nIn this role, you will have the opportunity to lead the processes in maintaining and preserving the efficiency of all equipment, production lines, and/or facilities, resulting in the optimization of technical and financial resources. Each day, you will oversee execution of ordinary and extraordinary maintenance of equipment, production lines, and/or facilities. You will also showcase your expertise by managing and updating technical documentation of equipment, production lines, and/or facilities.\nThe work model for the role is: #LI-onsite.\nThis role is contributing to the Electrification Distribution Solutions in Pinetops, NC.\nYou will be mainly accountable for:\nWorking with the engineering and management team to specify maintenance plans for new production lines.\nConsulting on ways to improve reliability, maintainability, and safety.\nSolving major technical, equipment or facilities challenges to achieve higher performance of the production lines.\nReacting promptly to any emergencies, breakdowns, malfunctions, or other problems to minimize disruption to production.\nProposing improvements for processes and production lines aimed at reducing maintenance and optimizing operational and energy efficiency.\nMaintenance and optimizing operational and energy efficiency.\nImplementing health, safety and environmental guidelines and directive.\nQualifications for the role\nHigh school diploma or equivalent required.\n2+ years working as a maintenance technician.\nData Analysis & Reporting experience.\nKnowledge of Engineering & Manufacturing Processes.\nPlanned Maintenance & Backlog and Specialist Technical & Engineering Skills.\nKnowledge and use of tools - tape measure, calipers, grinders, or other hand tools, as needed.\nAbility to safely use a ladder while performing the job, as needed\nAbility to lift, push and pull up to 40lbs.\nCandidates must already have work authorization to work in the US.\nBuilding a cleaner, smarter future takes all kinds of minds: the curious, the courageous, and the creative.
