Join us and help run what runs the world.\nThis position reports to:\nMaintenance Manager__\nYour role and responsibilities\nIn this role, you will have the opportunity to lead the processes in maintaining and preserving the efficiency of all equipment, production lines, and/or facilities, resulting in the optimization of technical and financial resources. Each day, you will oversee execution of ordinary and extraordinary maintenance of equipment, production lines, and/or facilities. You will also showcase your expertise by managing and updating technical documentation of equipment, production lines, and/or facilities.\nThe work model for the role is: #LI-Onsite\nYou will be mainly accountable for:\nDefining maintenance plans for new production lines or facilities, and consulting on ways to improve reliability, maintainability, and safety of equipment and/or facilities.\nSolving major technical, equipment, or facilities problems to achieve higher performance of the production lines.\nProposing improvement projects for processes and production lines aimed at reducing ordinary and extraordinary maintenance and optimizing operational and energy efficiency.\nResponding to emergencies, breakdowns, malfunctions, and other operating problems to minimize disruption in the production process.\nQualifications for the role\nYou have a strong technical background, with a Master’s Degree in Mechanical or Management Engineering.\nYou have experience in Maintenance Engineering within industrial or manufacturing environments.\nYou have experience in technical documentation management, spare parts identification and coding, and equipment data management.\nYou have experience managing suppliers and supporting small engineering and maintenance improvement projects.\nYou are skilled in problem solving, continuous improvement, and technical analysis.\nYou are a collaborative and structured professional, comfortable working with cross-functional teams and external partners.\nYou are at ease communicating in Italian and English.\nCompensation Package\nAs part of our commitment to transparency, we want to share the compensation details for this position:\nApplicable CBA: Metalmeccanico\nMinimum annual salary: €36.000\nVariable Pay: Eligible for Company Productivity Bonus\nThe offer will be tailored based on your role location, experience, skills and qualifications, internal market positioning and alignment with ABB internal standards.\nBenefits as per policy\nFlexible working hours, hybrid work options, and a strong focus on work-life integration and Wellbeing support for employees and their families\nWelfare plan with a wide range of personalized services\nCanteen or meal vouchers provided\nMore about us\nABB Smart Power provides energy distribution solutions for data centers, industrial and manufacturing plants, critical infrastructure and commercial buildings.
