Join us and help run what runs the world.\nThis position reports to:\nFacilities & IT Manager__\nWe are seeking an experienced Maintenance Supervisor to lead the maintenance, reliability, and continuous improvement of facility infrastructure, utilities, building systems, and production equipment at our Bartlesville manufacturing facility. This role leads maintenance technicians and contractors and is responsible for ensuring safe, reliable, compliant, and efficient operation of critical facility and production systems.\nThe ideal candidate brings strong technical knowledge of industrial maintenance, including electrical, mechanical, HVAC, utilities, production equipment, fire protection, and other critical facility infrastructure.\nThe work model for the role is:Onsite in Bartlesville, OK. #LI-Onsite\nYour role and responsibilities:\nLead and develop maintenance technicians and contractors, establishing priorities, assigning work, and ensuring work is completed safely, effectively, and on schedule.\n\nOversee maintenance and reliability of facility infrastructure, building systems, production equipment, utilities, and critical site systems, including electrical, mechanical, HVAC, compressed air, and ventilation systems.\n\nDevelop and manage preventive and predictive maintenance programs to improve equipment reliability, reduce downtime, and extend asset life.\n\nCoordinate troubleshooting, repairs, upgrades, and capital projects, partnering with Production and other functions to minimize operational disruption.\n\nOversee critical facility safety and compliance systems, including fire protection, gas detection, and electrical safety.\n\nManage facility contractors, service providers, maintenance budgets, spare parts, and work order activities to ensure effective use of resources.\n\nDrive continuous improvement and reliability initiatives using root cause analysis, Lean, and reliability-based maintenance practices.\n\nEnsure maintenance activities comply with ABB policies and applicable safety, environmental, and regulatory requirements.\n\nOur Team Dynamics\nOur teams support each other, collaborate, and never stop learning. Being part of our team means your work matters - because the progress we make here createsrealimpact out there.\nQualificationsfor the role:\nRequired\nAssociate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Facilities Management, Industrial Maintenance, or a related technical discipline, or equivalent relevant experience.\n\n5+ years of industrial maintenance, facilities, or reliability experience in a manufacturing or industrial environment.\n\n2+ years of supervisory or team leadership experience, including experience leading technicians and/or contractors.\n\nStrong working knowledge of electrical, mechanical, HVAC, facility utilities, fire protection, and production equipment maintenance.\n\nExperience with work order systems, maintenance planning, preventive/predictive maintenance, troubleshooting, and root cause analysis.\n\nCandidates must already haveworkauthorization that wouldpermitthem to work for ABB in the US.\n\nPreferred\nProject management experience, including coordinating facility upgrades, equipment installations, capital projects, contractors, budgets, schedules, and cross-functional resources.\n\nExperience in a manufacturing, automation, instrumentation, or industrial production environment.\n\nExperience with SAP\n\nElectrical, HVAC, Mechanical, Facilities, or Reliability certification; OSHA 30-Hour is strongly preferred, Lean/Six Sigma, or Reliability Maintenance certification.\n\nExperience with industrial utility systems, including compressed air, hydrogen generators, nitrogen, gas detection, or other specialized manufacturing infrastructure.\n\nWhat'sin it for you\nWe empower you to take initiative, challenge ideas, and lead with confidence.You’llgrow through meaningful work, continuous learning, and supportthat’stailored to your goals.
