Join us and help run what runs the world.\nThis position reports to:\nFacilities & IT Manager__\nMaintenance Technician\nLocation: Bartlesville, Oklahoma\nWork Model: Onsite\nDivision: Automation, Measurement & Analytics\nAbout the Role\nWe are seeking a dependable and hands-on Maintenance Technician to support the maintenance, reliability, and safe operation of our Bartlesville manufacturing facility. This role is responsible for maintaining facility infrastructure, building systems, production equipment, utilities, and grounds to help keep our operations safe, efficient, and running with minimal disruption.\nThe ideal candidate is mechanically and technically inclined, safety-focused, and able to troubleshoot issues, perform repairs, and respond quickly to maintenance needs in a manufacturing environment.\nResponsibilities\nPerform routine and corrective maintenance on production equipment, facility systems, utilities, and building infrastructure to support safe and reliable manufacturing operations.\nTroubleshoot equipment and facility issues, identify root causes, and complete repairs or escalate issues when additional technical support is required.\nPerform preventive maintenance and inspections to improve equipment reliability, reduce downtime, and identify potential issues before they impact production.\nSupport maintenance of electrical, mechanical, HVAC, compressed air, ventilation, plumbing, and other facility and production support systems.\nRespond to production maintenance needs and partner with manufacturing teams to minimize equipment downtime and keep production running.\nMaintain buildings, common areas, grounds, parking areas, and other site infrastructure in accordance with ABB standards.\nMaintain maintenance records, work orders, tools, spare parts, and supplies; report recurring equipment and facility issues to support continuous improvement.\nSupport equipment installations, facility projects, contractor activities, inspections, and other site maintenance needs.\nQualifications\nRequired\nHigh school diploma or equivalent with relevant experience in industrial maintenance, facilities maintenance, manufacturing, or a related field.\n2+ years maintenance experience \nWorking knowledge of mechanical and electrical systems, production equipment, tools, and maintenance practices.\nAbility to troubleshoot equipment and facility issues, perform repairs, and safely operate maintenance tools and equipment.\nStrong commitment to safety, reliability, responsiveness, and teamwork, with the ability to work independently and prioritize multiple maintenance needs.\nPreferred\nExperience in manufacturing or production in an industrial environment.\nTechnical, electrical, mechanical, HVAC, plumbing, or other relevant trade training or certification.\nElectrical Journeyman License \nExperience with work order systems, preventive maintenance, or reliability programs.\nWhat's in it for you\nWe want you to bring your full self to work-your ideas, your energy, your ambition.
