Make it your story.\nYour Role: Meet the Challenge\nIn this role, you will have the opportunity to optimize the production organization’s assembly methods, processes, and equipment to minimize labor hours in accordance with business strategies related to quality, efficiency, costs, and safety. Each day, you will ensure appropriate production methods, cycle time, equipment performance, and materials/components in support of production targets. You will also showcase your skill by defining the working phase sequence of a new production process to meet the targeted product cost and equipment investment budget.\nThe work model for the role is: #LI-Onsite\nThis role is contributing to the Motion business line Nema in Tlajomulco de Zuñiga, Jalisco.\nYou will be mainly accountable for:\nIdentifying and recommending improvement opportunities and implements improvement projects, ensuring adherence to timeframe, quality, and cost requirements.\nApproving the design for processes developed internally or externally and performing final tests with respect to the project.\nProviding support to Production during the internal/external process/equipment start-up, defining action plans and training relevant maintenance and production resources.\nEvaluating new process technologies to improve productivity, quality, and cost reduction, defining and managing testing activities, approval criteria, and external provider choices.\nOur team dynamics\nYou will join a productive, result-driven team, where you will be able to thrive.\nQualifications for the role\nYou are highly skilled and enjoy working with PLC and the manufacturing market\nYou are recent graduate or have at least six months of professional experience including internship\nExperience with machinery and tools (PLCs such as Siemens or Fanuc) \nYou are interested in Electric motors and teamwork, problem solving, time management\nBachelor's degree in Engineering (Robotics, Industrial, Mechatronic engineer), or Technical high school diploma (Technical Vocational Degree)\nYou can express yourself clearly in English\nAvailability to travel for business at least five times per year (must hold a valid Mexican passport and a valid U.S. visa)\nKnowledge of pneumatics \nAbility to read and interpret technical drawings\nKnowledge and use of AutoCAD or SolidWorks\nBuilding a cleaner, smarter future takes all kinds of minds: the curious, the courageous, and the creative.
