In your role you will be accountable for Profit & Loss and oversee the full scope of Production, Engineering, Planning & Fulfillment, Quality & Operational Excellence, Logistics, Service and HR.\nThe work model for the role is: #onsite Quartino Plan, CH.\nThis role is contributing to the Smart Power division in Quartino, CH. \n\nYou will be mainly accountable for:\nExecuting a customer focused operations strategy derived from the overall business and functional strategy developed for the business unit.\nBeing accountable to deliver 4C targets for Operations: Safety, Quality, Delivery, Inventory, Productivity.\nBeing responsible for on-time/on-margin project execution and to deliver project EBIT and cash.\nOwning the development and the continuous improvement of business processes and procedures, and of the overall customer satisfaction for area under scope\nDriving service achievements through effective planning and allocation of resources in accordance with standard processes, procedures and safety guidelines.\nBuilding an effective, capable, and high-performing organization.\n Qualifications for the role:\nBachelor's/Master’s degree in Engineering or Business studies.\nMinimum 10 - 15 years of experience in operations / manufacturing.\nExperience of handling factory operations, productions, production planning, SAP exposure, managing work force and vendor management.\nDemonstrated leadership capabilities, with a collaborative, solution-focused approach, negotiation skills and exceptional written and spoken communication skills in English.\nKnowledge on Health, Safety & Environment (HSE) and business compliance standards and regulations within the units.\nItalian language skills - advanced level preferred; ability to work effectively with Italian-speaking colleagues.\nWe are ideally looking for a candidate based in Switzerland. For the right individual, we are open to relocation support.
