If you thrive where strategy meets execution, this role was built for you.\nYour role and responsibilities\nDevelop and implement the marketing and communications strategy, roadmap and annual activity plan to support business growth\nDefine communication priorities and manage the budget for maximum business impact\nAct as a strategic advisor to business leaders on communication, brand positioning and stakeholder engagement\nPlan, execute and follow up on integrated campaigns and product launches in close collaboration with the sales organization\nCreate and distribute external content - customer cases, articles, press material and leadership communications\nManage digital channels and social media to strengthen brand visibility and audience engagement\nPlan and deliver customer events, trade fairs and market presence activities\nLead and develop a small team while managing external agencies and suppliers\nQualifications for the role\nProven B2B marketing and communications experience at both strategic and operational levels, preferably in an industrial or technology-driven environment\nTrack record of developing strategies that drive measurable results and brand awareness\nExperience managing budgets and allocating resources across multiple initiatives\nHands-on experience with content creation, digital marketing, events and media relations\nExperience leading a small team and managing external agencies\nStrong project management skills with the ability to juggle multiple initiatives simultaneously\nExcellent communication skills in both Swedish and English\nMore about us\nHiring manager: Johan Elfving, +46 72 208 08 04, available for questions about the role.
