# Master Data and Operations Process Specialist

This position reports to: Programs and Operations Leader__ In this role, you will oversee Master Data operations and Customer Master Data management within SAP (Torque) ERP. You will drive global process standardization, continuous improvement, and cross-functional initiatives that enhance operational efficiency, data quality, and customer experience. Each day, you will lead the process and KPIs for a high-performing team, ensure service excellence, and deliver results against key operational and performance metrics. The work model for this role is: Hybrid but could be Remote for the ideal candidate. Key Responsibilities Oversee Master Data creation, maintenance, archiving, and governance activities, ensuring high data quality, service continuity, and adherence to agreed service levels.
