Join us and help run what runs the world.\nThis position reports to:\nHR Business Partner__\nYour role and responsibilities\nIn this role, you will have the opportunity to perform day-to-day HR transactions for one or several assigned service lines, while also managing complex and escalated tasks. Each day, you will ensure a high-quality customer experience by committing to complete, accurate and timely completion of HR transactions. You will also showcase your skills by supporting the globally set standards for HR operations and ensuring that the respective business processes adhere to the local legal and regulatory requirements.\nThe work model for the role is: #LI-Onsite\nThis role is contributing to the Electrification Business in Apodaca.\nYou will be mainly accountable for:\nEnsure the correct collection, review, and consolidation of payroll information for hourly employees.\nIdentify, analyze, and correct errors or differences before submitting payroll information.- Maintain proper records and documentation of all adjustments.\nCoordinate system updates, implementations, and improvements.\nFollow established processes and controls for employee data management.\nSupport the coordination and follow-up of audits, inspections, and information requests from IMSS and INFONAVIT.\nQualifications for the role:\nBachelor´s Degree in Administration, Engineering or related.\n5+ years of experience working in similar roles within a manufacturing enviroments.\nPractical experience working with SAP, TRESS and Microsoft office.\nSolid familiarity with Mexican federal laws, including LFT and IMSS.\nIntermediate English.\nEffective communication, critical thinking, and leadership to produce effective results.\nMore about us\nBuilding a cleaner, smarter future takes all kinds of minds: the curious, the courageous, and the creative.
