Join us and help run what runs the world.\nThis position reports to:\nPlanning & Fulfillment Manager__\nYour Role: Own the Challenge\n In this role, you will be responsible for converting supply plans into executable master production schedules, balancing customer demand, production capacity, and inventory targets to ensure on-time delivery and operational efficiency.\nThe work model for the role is: Onsite\nGlobal relocation/LTA support will not be considered for this position.\nThis role contributes to the ELSB Transformers Business Line and is based in Nogales, Sonora, Mexico.\n Key Responsibilities:\nDevelop and maintain the Master Production Schedule based on forecasts, incoming volume, and capacity, ensuring alignment with business plans and customer demand.\nMaintain planning parameters in ERP systems (e.g., SAP) to support accurate and efficient planning.\nCollaborate with Customer Service and Material Planners to align delivery commitments and convert supply plans into executable production schedules.\nManage MRP exception messages and coordinate with local and regional teams to resolve planning issues.\nProvide input to S&OP and short-term planning processes, identifying risks and capacity constraints.\nDrive schedule stability and proactively identify risks that may impact customer deliveries, inventory levels, and production performance.\nQualifications\nBachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.\n4+ years of experience in Production Planning, Master Scheduling, or Supply Chain Planning within a manufacturing environment.\nSolid understanding of supply chain and production planning processes.\nExperience supporting material planning, production planning, or supply chain teams in the implementation of new processes, systems, or planning tools.\nExperience with MRP/MPS planning and capacity management.\nExperience working with SAP or similar ERP systems.\nAdvanced English proficiency.\nAPICS certification (CPIM, CSCP, or equivalent) is a plus.\n We also offer our employees the following benefits:\nPerformance Bonus\nSaving fund\nPaid parental leave\nLife insurance\nRetirement plan\nHealth and dental insurance\nWellbeing program\nFlex days\nEmployee Assistance Program (PAE)\nAccess to development platforms: Spark, Harvard Manager Mentor and English Learning EF English Live School (EF)\nBuilding a cleaner, smarter future takes all kinds of minds: the curious, the courageous, and the creative.
