Join us and help run what runs the world.\nThis position reports to:\nLocal Sales Operations Manager__\nYour role and responsibilities\nIn this role, you will have the opportunity to be responsible for end-to-end planning of inventory, including Sales in Excess of invoicing from purchase requisition to customer invoice. Each day, you will support internal customer service inquiries. You will also showcase your expertise by setting inventory parameters and targets and ensuring adequate replenishment of inventory through purchase orders.\nThe work model for the role is: {onsite} \nThis role is contributing to the {Electrificationin {UAE}.\nYou will be mainly accountable for:\nDefining inventory policies based on specified segmentation.\nCalculating and maintaining the inventory parameters, including safety stock, reorder point, lot size, lead time, and replenishment strategies, in the planning systems and the ERPs.\nCoordinating material planning with call-offs to ensure that purchase requisitions are converted into purchase orders in collaboration with operations buyers and services.\nCollaborating with buyers to achieve the best possible supplier performance in terms of supplier on-time delivery, Minimum Order Quantity, quality, lead time, and flexibility.\n Qualifications for the role\nBachelor higher Degree in Supply chain (inventory planninglogistics)\nMinimum 7-10 years\nProcess oriented, focused on standardization, streamlining and best practices\nGood written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills\nA self-starter, meticulous, a good team player and able to work independently\nSupply chain fundamentals (inventory management, demand planning, S&OP, MRP )\nPreferably holding an APICS certification\nExcellent Analytical and computational skills\nBusiness acumen\nSAP APO preferably\nOutstanding communication and presenting skills\nAdvanced Excel, Power point, Power BI or a similar BI tool will be a plus\nWhat’s in it for you?\nWe empower you to take the lead, share bold ideas, and shape real outcomes.
