Join us and help run what runs the world.\nThis position reports to:\nProduction Manager Final Switchgears__\nYour role and responsibilities\nIn this role, you will be fully responsible for the final assembly of MV switchgear. You will have the opportunity to lead a team within a production unit to execute production processes. Each day, you will ensure continuous and efficient operation in line with volumes, schedules, procedures, drawings, and ABB quality and safety standards. You will also demonstrate your expertise by organizing and allocating resources to effectively achieve production targets.\nThe work model for the role is: onsite\nYou will be mainly accountable for:\nCoordinate the final assembly team for MV switchgear, including task allocation, distribution of tools and materials, etc.\n\nEnsure compliance with assembly standards and carry out quality checks of assembly work\n\nPerform final inspection of completed orders\n\nEnsure and monitor compliance with occupational health and safety regulations and workplace rules\n\nManage and monitor the team’s working hours\n\nMaintain data records in databases and SAP\n\nWork in a single-shift operation\n\nQualifications for the role\nPrevious experience in a production/manufacturing role\n\nVocational or secondary technical education in electrical engineering is an advantage\n\nExperience in leading and managing a team is an advantage\n\nStrong sense of responsibility, excellent communication skills, stress resilience, and time flexibility\n\nAbility to motivate others, foster a positive working atmosphere, and lead a team to achieve excellent results\n\nGood user knowledge of MS Excel and MS Word; knowledge of SAP is an advantage\n\nWhat's in it for you?\nWe empower you to take initiative, challenge ideas, and lead with confidence.
