Join us and help run what runs the world.\nThis position reports to:\nOperations Finance Manager__\nYour role and responsibilities\nIn this role, you will have the opportunity to collect and analyze financial metrics. Each day, you will identify trends and problems and communicate information to relevant groups. You will also showcase your expertise by recommending actions to improve financial performance of the specific factory/manufacturing site.\nThis role is contributing to the \nYou will be mainly accountable for:\nSupport monthly financial report package preparation in closing period in accordance with the unified global strategy of Central Finance, consolidate and analysis financial data to track and assess performance against targets and benchmarks. Communicate to business on performance results and implications of presented reports.\nSupport the Factory Controller in developing and maintaining the annual budget and rolling monthly forecasts; conduct scenario analysis and variance tracking against forecasts and actuals.\nParticipate in cross-function projects and initiatives. Partner with business to drive operational improvements and financial optimization.\nSupport end-to-end financial analysis including cost analysis, profitability studies, and performance metrics to provide actionable insights to leadership.\nProcess Automation and Digital Transformation Identify opportunities to automate existing financial processes using digital tools and technologies; develop and implement automation solutions to improve team efficiency and enhance digital capabilities.\nCapital Expenditure (CAPEX) Management and consolidate fixed asset transactions, maintain CAPEX records, communicate with business departments on asset requirements, and process daily fixed asset receipts.\nHandle ad-hoc financial analysis, reporting, and special projects as assigned by the Factory Controller.\nSupport factory controller in routine finance work, including monthly review package, balance sheet review, etc\nEnsure processes and controls within own area of responsibility are designed and implemented in line with Group and business requirements and maintaining proper audit trail and documentation for future internal & external audits and reviews.\nMonitoring progress achievement and provide insight and analysis to support operational decision-making and Identifying issues and advise management on action plans and operational strategies to resolve.\nAlign with team task assignments and scheduling as required by business needs.\nQualifications for the role\nBachelor’s degree or above, major in Finance, Accounting, Economic or business administration. \nYears of experience in similar role 3+years, experience in manufacturing industry preferred.\nExcellent skill on MS Excel, Power point, priority for the data analytical tools such as VBA & the Microsoft Power BI & AI-assisted analytic tools\nExperience in SAP data analytical tools such as VBA & deep knowledge of the Microsoft Power Platform including Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI\nEnglish proficiency in reading and written, spoken is preferred.\nGood communication skills of of financial and business processes.\nMore about us\nABB Smart Power provides energy distribution solutions for data centers, industrial and manufacturing plants, critical infrastructure and commercial buildings.
