Run what runs the world Runs the day-to-day operations of ABB Academy and owns the learning operation end-to-end: cohorts, trainers, curriculum readiness, learners, visitors, facilities, systems, safety and compliance. This is a hands-on role in a newly established academy. The person in this role builds the operation from the ground up: setting up processes, systems and routines, documenting them as standard operating procedures, and working directly on delivery alongside the team.
