Will you join us?\nKey responsibilities for this position include:\nFull responsibility for daily operations, ensuring customer expectations are exceeded through lean and flawless operational management (covering customer relations, costs, and cash flow) across the extended value chain, while achieving the lowest possible total costs.\nResponsibility for the operational aspects of the local Automation division, encompassing the full scope of operations-including project management and control, project engineering, production, maintenance, procurement, quality, continuous improvement, logistics, and planning/fulfillment (or specific components thereof).\nAdditionally:\nOperational Management and Strategy\nComprehensive management of the local Automation division’s daily operations across the entire value chain (from planning, engineering, and production to dispatch and service).\nImplementation of lean management principles and continuous process optimization, aimed at reducing total costs and increasing customer satisfaction.
