Join us and help run what runs the world.\nThis position reports to:\nProject Execution Team Lead__\nYour role and responsibilities\nCurrently we are looking for a candidate for the position of Project Manager who will strengthen ABB Tender & Execution Center team.\nWorking as Order Execution Project Manager You will be supporting ABB sales activity by leading the execution of medium-size projects and ensure that all related activities are performed in accordance with ABB policy, contractual agreements, quality standards, health, safety & environment requirements, financial targets, as well as schedule commitments.\nThe work model for the role is: #LiHybrid.\nYou will be mainly accountable for:\nTake ownership of project execution from Order Intake until End of Warranty of delivered products/packages. Ensures efficient and correct order execution. \nEnsures high customer satisfaction, presenting constant high customer focus. \nActs as key contact for the customer and an escalation point for project issues. Performs tasks independently and is able to teach others. \nMonitors and controls project financials, overseeing project invoicing status, cost, expenses and cash flow. \nIdentifies, qualifies, quantifies and manages project risks, and ensures that all opportunities are identified and pursued. \nCoordinates with Supply Chain Management, and successfully procures required services, materials and equipment for the project from external and internal suppliers. Perform order handling activities e.g. logistics, invoicing etc. \nPrepares complete project documents in own area of expertise. \nEnsures that the project is formally closed out, as contractually agreed.\nQualifications for the role:\nBachelor's degree or above (Higher education in engineering will be an asset). \nProject management experience (at least 3 years) in execution of small to medium-size projects (preferably order execution, power industry environment). \nKnowledge of project management methodologies: Knowledge of various methodologies, such as Waterfall, Agile, Scrum, or PRINCE2. Ability to flexibly change during project implementation. \nExperience in direct work with customers and suppliers. \nGood command of English language enabling daily communication. Polish language will be an asset. \nKnowledge of transport management as well as Tax and Export compliance will be an asset. \nKnowledge of SAP system.
