You will provide support to sales representatives, respond to customer enquiries, and perform complete order handling processes. We expect you to perform well in an international team environment and have exceptional people and communication skills in English.\nTasks and responsibilities:\nQuote preparation in SAP based on the pricing policy of the respective unit\nCoordinate and adapt offers using the input from different departments (including sales, product management, legal, Tech Support, project management, logistics)\nEnsures that offers meet the company's budget and profitability targets\nChecking and approving orders and quotations for a colleague\nCustomer order handling from purchase order to the point of delivery.\nPrepares and manages sales support documentation\nExpediting orders ensuring materials are delivered within Quoted timescale\nInvoicing of delivered orders\nCreation of delivery, import & export documentation\nClearing any Basware requests for unmatched invoices\nClearing invoices in dispute\nGeneral Filing, Archiving and Administration as required by the department\nResponding to customer technical & non-technical queries relating to Spare Parts\nIdentification of the customer's request.
