Join us and help run what runs the world.\nThis position reports to:\nOperations/Supply Planner__\nYour role and responsibilities\nIn this role, you will have the opportunity to provide customer support, including technical support, order, and payment-related assistance to achieve target levels of service quality, operational efficiency, and customer satisfaction. Each day, you will implement customer support strategy to increase operational excellence and customer satisfaction in the sales process. You will also showcase your expertise by supporting achievement of established targets by overseeing progress and implementing improvement actions as needed. \nThis role is contributing to the EL Smart Power business in Xiamen China.\nYou will be mainly accountable for:\nReceive customer orders, review and check order type, material, price block, special header remark, shipping point, drop shipment and its shipping mode. Offer AB to customers according to master schedule plan\nDeal with customer inquiry regarding code availability checking, order scheduling, delivery time, logistics arrangement and order change etc. Recommend appropriate solution for customer request and co-work with internal functions to enable request handling.\nMaintain positive customer experience, proactively inform customers about issues and clarify questions.\nCoordinate with order planner, prepare the delivery schedule ahead of time, and keep customer informed. Create DN and pass to WH and CT or forwarder.\nCoordinate customer requests as export contact window. Confirm with customer for the forwarder and corresponding shipping mode. Prepare customs related documents，tracing the transportation and keep customers informed for the shipping details（Invoice, Packing list etc）.\nGlobal RFQ data supporting, forwarder management, spot bidding, as well as freight analysis and optimization via data-driven.\nManage and monitor customer order on time delivery, monthly analyze the root cause of N-OTD and push related functions for improvement.\nCoordinate with customers on product technology, certification, declaration, and bidding data collection; Publish product change notices, provide pricing support, process free sample requests\nOptimization project or task assigned by line manager.\nQualifications for the role\nBachelor and above degree, engineering education background is preferred.\nFamiliar with factory operation process, know the normal order handling and production planning methods and KPI.\nFamiliar with export procedure.\nGood data analysis and statistics ability, can find and analyze the issue, identify potential risks and find solutions.\nAt least 3-5 years order handling or production planning experience in foreign company, better if ever used lean sigma or other equivalent theory to lead or participate the optimization task\nGood English listening, speaking, reading, and writing level, has some financial knowledge.\nGood MS operation and ERP knowledge, be skilled in SAP is preferred Open minded and active in communication, accountable and can bear stress. \nTeam work, are willing to change and can accept change\nMore about us\nABB Smart Power provides energy distribution solutions for data centers, industrial and manufacturing plants, critical infrastructure and commercial buildings.
