The Order Management & Quotation Specialist is responsible for preparing accurate customer quotations, processing orders efficiently, and ensuring a seamless flow of information between sales, operations, and customers. This role requires strong attention to detail, excellent communication, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.\nThe work model for the role is: Hybrid\nThis role is contributing to the: ELDS Business Unit in Montreal.\nThis role reports to the: Local Division Controller - ELDS\n\nYou will be mainly accountable for:\nPrepare, review, and issue accurate customer quotations in a timely manner.\nAnalyze customer requirements, specifications, pricing structures, and contractual terms to develop compliant quotes.\nPartner with Sales, Engineering, Product, and Supply Chain teams to validate pricing, lead times, and technical details.\nTrack quotations, follow up on opportunities, and maintain quotation templates, price lists, and related documentation.\nEnter, manage, and verify customer purchase orders in the ERP/CRM system, ensuring accuracy of pricing, quantities, delivery schedules, and terms.\nCoordinate order fulfillment activities with Production, Logistics, and Supply Chain teams to support on-time delivery.\nMonitor order progress, resolve issues proactively, and communicate status updates to customers and stakeholders.\nIssue order confirmations, shipping documentation, invoices, and process order changes, cancellations, returns, or special requests as required.\nServe as the primary point of contact for quotation and order-related inquiries, delivering responsive, high-quality customer service.\nMaintain accurate records, prepare operational and KPI reports, and identify process improvements to enhance efficiency and reduce errors.\n Qualifications for the role:\nEngineering degree (Electrical preferred; Mechanical or Industrial also considered).\nStrong analytical skills and attention to detail.\nInterest in technical products, components, or electrical systems.\nProficiency with Microsoft Excel and Outlook; familiarity with SAP is an asset (training provided).\nOrganized, proactive, and comfortable in a fast-paced environment.\nExperience in quotation, order management, customer service, or sales support.\nKnowledge of electrical components.\nProficiency in French is mandatory, as well as English to communicate effectively with internal clients and partners located outside of Quebec \nWhy ABB?\nWe empower you to take initiative, challenge ideas, and lead with confidence.
