Join us and help run what runs the world.\nThis position reports to:\nPlanning & Fulfillment Manager__\nYour role and responsibilities\nIn this role, you will have the opportunity to manage internal and external customer service activities, including technical support, order, and payment-related assistance, claims management. Each day, you will coordinate with relevant functions to ensure complete case ownership and increase customer satisfaction. You will also showcase your expertise by analyzing statistics, including forecasting, pacing, etc., using available tools and collecting relevant information, and takes appropriate actions to improve process efficiency.\nThe work model for the role is: #LI-Onsite\nThis role is contributing to the Electrification Distribution Solutions group in Pinetops, North Carolina. Main stakeholders are internal and external customers.\nYou will be mainly accountable for:\nManaging the resolution of customer issues, including order, technical, and payment-related issues.\nLeading post-sales and customer claims management and ensuring the issues in factories are addressed.\nProviding appropriate solutions for customer requests and overseeing the coordination with related teams to ensure complete handling of requests, including order changes, order completion, expediting requests, credit management, tracking and communication aspects, account blocks and suspensions, etc.\nEnsuring the documentation related to orders is collected and archived, and assumptions and decisions made during the process are recorded in the systems, within your area of responsibility.\nQualifications for the role\nBachelor’s degree in business, engineering, or related field and 5+ years of relevant experience.\nSAP experience required.\n1-2 years of leadership or supervisory experience.\nProven experience in a customer service-focused role.\nCandidates must already have a work authorization that would permit them to work for ABB in the US.\nWhy ABB?\nWhat's in it for you\nWe want you to bring your full self to work-your ideas, your energy, your ambition.
