Join us and help run what runs the world.\nThis position reports to:\nOrder Management Lead__\nYour Role: Own the Challenge\n In this role, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality customer service by managing customer orders, providing technical and commercial support, coordinating with cross-functional teams, and ensuring timely resolution of customer inquiries and issues. You will play a key role in enhancing customer satisfaction while supporting business objectives.\nThe work model for the role is: Hybrid\nThis role is contributing to the Electrification Smart Power Enclosures division in México.\nKey Responsibilities:\nManaging customer orders from order entry through fulfillment and delivery.\nProviding support for order-related inquiries, claims, payment issues, and customer requests.\nCoordinating with sales, logistics, supply chain, finance, and other internal stakeholders to ensure complete ownership and resolution of customer cases.\nProcessing order modifications, expediting requests, delivery updates, account-related inquiries, and documentation requirements.\nMaintaining accurate records and documentation within SAP and other business systems.\nMonitoring order status and regularly communicating updates to customers.\nAnalyzing operational data, forecasts, and performance metrics to identify improvement opportunities.\nHandling difficult customer conversations professionally and effectively while maintaining strong customer relationships.\nSupporting continuous improvement initiatives within the order management process.\n Qualifications\nBachelor's Degree completed in Business Administration, Engineering, Supply Chain Management, International Business, or a related field.\nMinimum 3 years of experience in customer service, order management, project coordination, or related operational roles.\nExperience working with SAP in order processing and customer service environments.\nDemonstrated ability to manage customer relationships and resolve complex customer issues.\nGood communication skills and professionalism in handling difficult conversations with customers.\nEffective organization, self-management, and prioritization skills.Ability to work effectively in a changing environment and manage multiple priorities simultaneously.\nExperience working with cross-functional teams and internal stakeholders.\nIntermediate to advanced proficiency in English (written and verbal).\nExperience with Power BI or Salesforce is desirable.\n What benefits we also offer our employees:\nPerformance Bonus\nSaving fund\nPaid parental leave\nLife insurance\nRetirement plan\nHealth and dental insurance\nWellbeing program\nFlex days\nEmployee Assistance Program (EAP)\nAccess to development platforms: Spark, Harvard Manager Mentor and English Learning EF English Live School (EF)\nBuilding a cleaner, smarter future takes all kinds of minds: the curious, the courageous, and the creative.
