Join us and help run what runs the world.\nAs a Payroll Specialist (6-month contract), you will have the opportunity to perform daily HR transactions for one or more assigned service lines or countries, while managing complex and escalated tasks. Each day, you will be responsible for delivering a high-quality customer experience by ensuring HR transactions are completed accurately, thoroughly, and on time. You will also demonstrate your expertise by supporting the global standards established for HR Operations and ensuring business processes comply with local legal and regulatory requirements.\nThis position is based in Saint-Laurent, Quebec, with a hybrid work model (2 to 3 days per month in the office).\nResponsibilities\nValidate master data for weekly and bi-weekly payrolls.\nPrepare Records of Employment (ROEs).\nInvestigate, analyze, and resolve issues for employees, managers, and external clients through customer service tickets.\nAssist with year-end payroll validations.\nParticipate in projects.\nExtract and analyze payroll-related reports.\nQualifications\nStrong Excel skills.\nWorkday knowledge is required.\nPCP (Payroll Compliance Practitioner) designation is considered an asset.\nBilingualism (French and English) is required.
