Join us and help run what runs the world.\nThis position reports to:\nDigital Content Global Leader__\nYour role and responsibilities\nAs the Informatica P360 Administrator, you will be responsible for the technical administration, configuration, and operational excellence of the Informatica Product 360 (P360) platform. You will play a key role in enabling high-quality, centralized product data across systems, ensuring scalability and performance to support omnichannel strategies, digital commerce, and business analytics.\nThe work model for the role is: hybrid (#hybrid)\nYou will be mainly accountable for:\nPlatform Administration\nAdminister and maintain the Informatica P360 environment and its interfaces (users, roles, permissions, sessions, system jobs).\nCoordinate and perform upgrades, patches, and monitoring of system performance and stability with the IT Department.\nConfigure and maintain catalogs, attributes, hierarchies, and workflows in Product 360.\nCustomize small solutions and coordinate bigger solution implementations with the vendors.\nConfiguration & Customization within the Ecosystem\nCreate and modify data models, templates, and enrich workflows.\nImplement rule sets, business validations, and data quality checks.\nConfigure channel-specific outputs and support for multiple data domains.\nIntegration Support\nManage integration between P360 and ERP, DAM, MDM, and e-commerce platforms and other systems (e.g. APIs, IDQ).\nEnsure efficient import/export processes and resolve integration failures or bottlenecks.\nSupport syndication to digital platforms such as websites, marketplaces, and mobile apps and customer platforms.\nData Stewardship & Governance\nMonitor data quality, completeness, and consistency across product records.\nWork with data stewards and the governance team to align on data standards and governance policies.\nDevelop dashboards and reports for data quality KPIs.\nundefinedUser Support & Documentation Provide 2nd-level support to business and IT users of the PIM system.Conduct training sessions and create documentation for configuration, workflows, and user guidelines.Collaborate with Informatica support and consultants when needed.\nQualifications for the role\nSkills\nBachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, Business Informatics or a related field.\n5-10 years of hands-on experience with Informatica Product 360 (mandatory).\nStrong understanding of PIM, master data management, and product data structures.\nExperience with: XML/XSD; Scripting (for workflows and transformations); SQL or database queries; APIs and integration practices.\nFamiliarity with digital commerce environments and multichannel product data needs.\nStrong analytical and communication skills; ability to work in cross-functional teams.\nSoft Skills\nStrong analytical mindset and problem-solving abilities.\nExcellent written and verbal communication skills; fluent English.\nAbility to translate complex technical issues into business language and vice versa.\nProactive, structured, and detail-oriented work ethic.\nComfortable working in cross-functional, international teams and agile environments.\nDiversity, equity and inclusion skills. \nNice-to-Have Experience\nExposure to Informatica IDMC and other Informatica solutions.\nExperience in retail, manufacturing, distribution, or B2B industries with large product catalogs.\nUnderstanding of standards like ETIM classification, or eCl@ss formats.\nKnowledge of Agile methodologies and project management tools (e.g., JIRA, Planisware, DevOps).\nWhat's in it for you?\nYou’ll be part of a growing digital transformation journey where product data is at the heart of business success.
