Join us and help run what runs the world.\nThis position reports to:\nPlanning & Fulfillment Manager__\nIn this role, you will have the opportunity to support the development of the planning and fulfillment-related processes, skills, and tools. Each day, you will support performance improvement, including customer on-time delivery and lead time. You will also showcase your expertise by ensuring adherence to inventory targets and supply plan optimization. \n Job Responsibilities: \nSupport the site supply planning process\nRelease Purchase Orders (POs) for Direct Materials, Indirect Materials, and Stock Transfer Orders (STOs)\nSupport PO release activities and follow up on pending payments\nConduct regular vendor payment follow-ups to ensure timely processing and resolution of payment delays\nCreate and manage tickets for urgent payment requests and escalations\nInvestigate and resolve vendor invoice discrepancies and payment-related issues\nCoordinate closely with the warehouse to resolve sales order (SO) issues impacting shipping and delivery activities\nEstablishes and shares best practices for operations planning, inventory management, and resource management.\n Job Qualifications: \nBachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Operations, or related field.\n5+ years of professional experience in procurement, supply chain operations, order management, or materials handling.\nProficiency in Purchase Order (PO) and STO/STPO management.\nDemonstrated experience in vendor and supplier relationship management.\nStrong knowledge of invoice reconciliation and payment resolution processes.\nSolid understanding of logistics, shipping, and supply chain coordination.\nHands-on experience with ERP/SAP systems and supply chain software.\nExcellent problem-solving skills with the ability to identify issues, develop solutions, and escalate when necessary.\nStrong follow-up and communication skills, both written and verbal.\nAbility to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.\nWhat's in it for you\nWe want you to bring your full self to work-your ideas, your energy, your ambition.
