Join us and help run what runs the world.\nThis position reports to:\nProduction Supervisor - 3rd Shift__\nYour role and responsibilities (Mandatory)\nIn this role, you will have the opportunity to support the unit in achieving the set production targets by adhering to the systems and processes. Each day, you will use machinery and equipment on the shop floor. You will also showcaseyour expertiseby reading and interpreting the technical diagrams/instructions for assembly of products/systems/panels.\nThe work model for the role is: onsite at the Pinetops, NC facility.\nYou will be mainly accountablefor:\nConducting all types of assembly work to produce semi-finished or final products/systems/panels, including the packing where integrated with production lines.\n\nPerforming work manually or by using light hand tools.\n\nCarrying out regular quality testing as part of a defined production process.\n\nOperating within standard operating procedures and maintaininga clean work area.\n\n Qualifications for the role (Mandatory)\nHigh school diploma or equivalent required\n\nLegal authorization to work in the US is required\n\nKnowledge and use of tools - tape measure, calipers, grinders, or other hand tools, as needed.\n\nAbility to safely use a ladder while performing the job, as needed\n\nAbility to lift, push and pull up to 40lbs\n\nWorking conditions\nManufacturing plant environment requires a combination of hands-on and technical tasks. Work may involve occasional lifting of materials, climbing stairs/ladders, and walking. Employees may be requiredto bend, twist, or stand for extended periods.\nFrequent use of computers is necessary for data entry, monitoring, and communication. Employees will also handle a variety of tools and equipment, from hand tools to machinery, requiring technical skills and adherence to safety protocols.\nPersonal Protective Equipment (PPE), such as safety glasses, gloves, and steel-toed shoes, is requiredto ensure a safe working environment.
