Being part of our team means your work matters - because the progress we make here creates real impact out there.\nYou will be mainly accountable for:\nDefine and execute the offering strategy, including products, solutions, and services, aligned with business objectives and market opportunities.\nLead portfolio growth and market expansion by developing go-to-market strategies, identifying market gaps, and strengthening ABB's competitive position.\nOwn the product portfolio roadmap and lifecycle strategy, establishing multi-year plans, success metrics, and direction based on customer needs, market trends, and competitive insights.\nDrive cross-functional portfolio performance and execution by aligning commercial, engineering, and operations resources to optimize product vitality, profitability, and strategic outcomes.\nQualifications for the role:\nBachelor’s Degree with 12+ years proven experience in portfolio management, product strategy, or business planning with responsibility for driving growth and market success.\nStrong knowledge of electromechanical related industrial markets, dealing with Air Handling or Fan applications.\nDemonstrated ability to lead cross-functional initiatives and influence stakeholders across commercial, engineering, and operations organizations.\nStrong analytical, strategic planning, and financial acumen with the ability to translate data into actionable business decisions.\nExperience managing multi-product portfolios and developing long-term roadmaps in competitive market environments.\nExcellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to align technical and commercial stakeholders around strategic objectives.\nCandidates must already have work authorization that would permit them to work for ABB in the US.\nMore about us:\nABB’s NEMA Motors Division is the global leading electric NEMA motors manufacturer.
