The position would suit a practical and adaptable individual who wishes to work in a progressive, innovative electrical consultancy.\nWe are seeking Power Systems Engineers who are eager to deepen their technical expertise and contribute to complex engineering projects for global clients. This role is ideal for a practical, adaptable, and technically driven engineer who wants to grow into an industry-recognized consulting specialist within a progressive and innovative electrical consultancy environment.\nThe work model for the role is: #hybrid, #Li-hybrid\nDriven by strong business growth and increasing customer demand, we are expanding our team and recruiting multiple professionals for this role across the listed countries.\nYou will be mainly accountable for:\nProviding technical input and leadership on a variety of complex projects.\nWorking closely with clients to understand their technical and business requirements and translating them into practical engineering solutions.\nEnsuring project outputs meet client expectations, quality standards, timeframes, and budget requirements.\nConducting in-depth power systems analysis using industry-leading methodologies and software tools.\nPreparing detailed technical and non-technical reports, presenting clear recommendations and actionable insights.\nAttending client meetings remotely, building trusted relationships and managing expectations through effective communication and responsiveness.\nTracking and reporting on project performance and client satisfaction.\nMentoring, coaching and developing more junior engineers. Online training to be delivered where applicable.\nTypical projects include:\nPower system studies include load flow, short circuit, protection coordination and system resilience assessments.\nElectrical safety and power quality studies, including arc flash, harmonics and earthing assessments.\nGrid connection and renewable energy integration projects, covering stability, harmonics and compliance analyses.\nReliability assessments and failure investigations for critical electrical infrastructure.\nSoftware-based engineering solutions and emerging technology evaluations.\nSupporting wind energy projects from design through installation and commissioning.\nQualifications for the role:\nYou have recently graduated or have up to 2 years of experience in electrical or power systems engineering.\nYou have basic knowledge of power system analysis tools such as SKM, EasyPower, ETAP, or similar software.\nYou are familiar with protection systems and have some experience or academic exposure to protection settings, coordination studies, and protection schemes.\nYou have experience performing electrical calculations and understand how to work according to IEC standards.\nKnowledge of power quality, harmonics, or renewable energy systems would be an advantage.\nYou enjoy solving technical problems, working with others, and learning new skills.\nBachelor's or Master's degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field.\nYou can communicate effectively in English and explain technical topics in a clear and simple way.\nBuilding a cleaner, smarter future takes all kinds of minds: the curious, the courageous, and the creative.
