Each day, you will serve as a key technical resource in the assigned area. You will also showcase your expertise by preparing technical descriptions of the products and technology, determining costs, and preparing final documentation.\nThe work model for the role is: hybrid\nThis role is contributing to the Marine & Ports division in Finland, reporting to EUOPC - Bid & proposal manager.\nYou will be mainly accountable for:\nProvide technical pre-sales support and product expertise to customers and sales teams\n\nRespond to technical inquiries and troubleshoot issues related to ABB Marine Systems products and solutions\n\nPrepare technical quotations, specifications, and solution proposals for customer projects\n\nCollaborate with engineering and project teams to support product customization and implementation\n\nMaintain knowledge of current ABB Marine Systems product portfolio and industry standards\n\nDocument technical issues and contribute to continuous improvement of support processes\n\nSupport customer training sessions and provide technical documentation\n\nBuild and maintain strong customer relationships through professional and responsive communication\n\n Qualifications for the role\nA strong technical/electrical background, bachelor degree in electrical engineering as minimum\n\n2+ years of experience in technical sales support, applications engineering\n\nA passion for technology and a technical mindset.\n\nThe ability to work independently and take initiative.\n\nA keen interest in continuous learning and professional growth.\n\nProficiency in navigating technical documentation in the electrical field (a plus).\n\nExcellent communication skills.\n\nFluency in English (B2 level and above).\n\nProficiency in MS Office tools.\n\nA responsible and diligent approach to work.\n\nBuilding a cleaner, smarter future takes all kinds of minds: the curious, the courageous, and the creative.
