Join us and help run what runs the world.\nThis position reports to:\nPricing Manager__\nMission Statement:\nLead the whole pricing deployment team, to implement the Price & Rebate policy, price actions in daily SPA & SO operation, understand biz request to drive the continuous improvement activities and deliver KPIs from process/systems excellence and AI engagement, coach & manage team members for performance excellence and team capability enhancements.\nMain Accountabilities:\n1) Lead the team members to execute following function activities, \na) Leading Pricing Deployment Team to implement the Price Policy and Rebate policy requirement from the biz and Audit/Integrity rules\nb) Process and SOX controlling: All the special discount quotes checking, releasing into system for OR, etc\nc) Area sales people supporting: price and rebate policy and process clarification, help to solve the systems error and problems, try to give comments or guidance when they need for all the special situations, control the data strictly and provide data only to relevant person\n2) Coordinate with all function team: Sales, Products, Logistics, Finance, etc, to deploy the Pricing Operation Excellence requirement, enhance process and pricing operational excellence\n3) Accurate and Prompt Report Work: sales monthly report, sales people appraisal report, distributor/customer performance report, etc.\n4) Support on internal control & audit tracking requirement\n5) coach & manage team members for performance excellence and team capability enhancements.\nChallenges:\n1) Good leadership to make team work more smart & efficient\n2) Strong team work, but also ability to work independently\n3) Good project management skill to drive process excellence\n4) Accurate and prompt in reporting work & urgency work\nKnowledge, Skills, Experience:\n1) Bachelor degree\n2) Minimum of 5~8 years in a operational & junior leader position\n3) Team player with leadership\n4) Being familiar with SAP, Sales Force, excel, wording etc is priority \n5) Strong communication, and critical thinking skills\n6) Fluent in English\nBuilding a cleaner, smarter future takes all kinds of minds: the curious, the courageous, and the creative.
