Join us and help run what runs the world.\nThis position reports to:\nPricing Manager__\nIn this role, you will create and complete bids, estimations, and quotations based on customer specifications and requirements to achieve market competitiveness with-in margins guidelines for the company. Maintains and improves the balance between all ABB units and customers ensuring alignment with ABB standards and targets while ensuring a positive customer experience throughout the process.\nhe work model for this role is: Hybrid {#LI-Hybrid}\nThis role is contributing to the Electrification division in the United States.\nYou will be mainly accountable for:\nFormulates competitive bids, estimates, and quotations by considering the best available product mix and appropriate technical and commercial aspects for each situation.\n\nEnsures tenders are well-documented in a timely manner and with an appropriate level of detail, including full and accurate costs.\n\nManages the planning and preparation of technical, financial, and, if required, project management aspects of the bid, estimate, and quotation, indicating prices and trading conditions.\n\nEnsures that inputs for editing activities related to bid, estimate, and quotation preparation are provided in a timely manner and in accordance with the established quality procedures.\n\nManages the collection and archival of documentation regarding the order/quoting and recording of assumptions and decisions made during development.\n\nOur team dynamics\nYou will join a talented and high performingteam, where you will be able to thrive.\nRequired Qualifications:\nBachelor's Degree in STEM with 5+ years’ experience strongly preferred or 10+ years’ experience supporting Utility Electrical Industry in a technical, product marketing, or an industry supporting role\n\nAbility to understand extensive product portfolio and how it applies/relates to the market, providing value-added pricing\n\nSound knowledge of and extensive experience in Utility and Electrical Industry; specific ELIP Utility products and ABB preferred\n\nStrong analysis, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills\n\nExcellent written, verbal communication skills primarily in English\n\nDemonstrated ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage assigned workload.\n\nA collaborative, solution-focused approach, with strong communication and relationship-building skills\n\nAbility to work effectively as part of a team, collaborating with colleagues to achieve common goals and objectives.\n\nProven ability to manage multiple priorities, meet strict deadlines, and maintain performance in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.\n\nStrong analytical capabilities with demonstrated ability to break down market data into strategic price offering.
