Join us and help run what runs the world.\nThis position reports to:\nPricing Manager__\nYour role and responsibilities\nIn this role, you will have the opportunity to contribute to the development and implementation of pricing strategies for the relevant product groups, maximizing profitability and market share while ensuring customer satisfaction with ABB. Each day, you will leverage a robust pricing infrastructure and established pricing policies to deliver measurable business results. You will also showcase your expertise by supporting the development of effective standard and special pricing strategies aligned with the global division strategy, market dynamics, competitive positioning, and profitability targets.\nThe work model for the role is: Hybrid #LI-Hybrid\nThis role is contributing to the Electrification Smart Buildings Division in Italy.\nMain stakeholders are Sales, Product Marketing, Business Controllers, Product Management, and Local Division Management.\nYou will be mainly accountable for:\nProviding support for developing pricing concepts to establish and manage national and cross-channel pricing strategies, ensuring consistency and alignment with business objectives.\nSharing pricing knowledge and supporting its application throughout your area of accountability.\nDriving increased profitability through established professional pricing methodologies, tools, and infrastructure.\nAnalyzing special pricing requests and providing high-level consultancy to internal stakeholders.\nSupporting the development and implementation of new pricing tools, processes, and reporting capabilities.\nBuilding ad hoc analyses and business insights to support management decision-making and strategic initiatives.\nMonitoring pricing performance and recommending actions to improve business results and margin optimization.\nQualifications for the role\nYou enjoy working with data analytics and visualization tools such as Power BI, Tableau, and Excel, and you have an interest in the B2B industrial sector.\nAbility to demonstrate experience in financial analysis, pricing analytics, business intelligence, or data-driven decision-making.\nAdvanced skills in Microsoft Excel, including complex analysis and reporting.\nYou are highly skilled in leveraging Artificial Intelligence (AI) tools, data analytics solutions, and automation technologies to improve business insights, decision-making, and operational efficiency.\nPossess enhanced knowledge of data visualization, reporting tools, and pricing methodologies.\nYou are passionate about problem-solving, continuous improvement, and translating data into actionable business insights.\nDegree in Engineering, Economics, Business Administration, Finance, or a related field.\nYou are at ease communicating in Italian and English, both written and spoken.\nExperience working with cross-functional teams in a commercial or analytical environment is considered a strong advantage.\nCompensation Package\nAs part of our commitment to transparency, we want to share the compensation details for this position:\nApplicable CBA: Metalmeccanico\nMinimum annual salary: €39.000\nVariable Pay: Eligible for Company Productivity Bonus\nThe offer will be tailored based on your role location, experience, skills and qualifications, internal market positioning and alignment with ABB internal standards.\nBenefits as per policy\nFlexible working hours, hybrid work options, and a strong focus on work-life integration and Wellbeing support for employees and their families\nWelfare plan with a wide range of personalized services\nCanteen or meal vouchers provided\nBuilding a cleaner, smarter future takes all kinds of minds: the curious, the courageous, and the creative.
