This role is responsible for driving process effectiveness and aligning engineering practices with strategic production goals. You will report to the Process Engineering Team Lead.\nYou will be mainly accountable for:\nMaintaining and improving line productivity and quality by implementing smart processes.\n\nOwning the manufacturing processes, documentation, and best practices for both current and new products of numerous production lines.\n\nMonitoring and improving overall line performance, balance, and capacity while ensuring effective execution of PFMEA, CTQs, and quality initiatives.\n\nOur team dynamics:\nYou will join a high performing team of Process Engineers as part of a larger Smart Process Design Team.\nQualifications for the role:\nBachelor’s degree in Engineering, Manufacturing Technology or Related Field.
