By joining us now, you’ll be part of a pioneering team shaping the future of robotics-working alongside world-class experts in a fast-moving, innovation-driven environment.\nThis Position reports to:\nProduction Engineering ManagerYour role and responsibilities In this role, you will have the opportunity to optimize the Production organization’s assembly methods, processes, and equipment to minimize labor hours in accordance with business strategies related to quality, efficiency, costs, and safety. Each day, you will ensure appropriate production methods, cycle time, equipment performance, and materials/components in support of production targets. You will also showcase your expertise by defining the working phase sequence of a new production process to achieve the targeted product cost and equipment investment budget. The work model for the role is: onsite You will be mainly accountable for:\nTroubleshoot electrical equipment issues and modify/upgrade control cabinet fixtures to meet R&D testing needs.\nUpdate and debug PLC programs (Siemens) for automation stations and maintain line automation equipment.\nManage daily assembly processes, quickly resolving line issues and bottlenecks to ensure efficient production with minimal downtime.\nManage tools, jigs, and fixtures, including scheduling regular inspections and preventive maintenance; lead continuous improvement projects for cost reduction and quality enhancement.\nUpdate work instructions in response to ECO, DTO, and NPI changes, and train operators on new standards.\nSupport 6S and safety program; proactively identify and eliminate safety risks.\nContribute to employee suggestion schemes, ergonomic improvements, and standard time setting.\nParticipate in digitalization projects to improve production information flow, in line with the factory’s digital transformation roadmap.\n Qualifications for the role:\nBachelor’s degree in Automation, Industrial Engineering, Mechanical or Electrical Engineering (electrical background strongly preferred).\nProficient in programming with Siemens and other PLC.\nKnowledge of programming languages/SQL is a plus.\nGenuine interest in engineering with a curious and inquisitive mindset.\nProficient in Microsoft Office; fluent in spoken and written English.\nPreferred experience in mechanical or electrical production support.\nWe value people from different backgrounds.
