Join us and help run what runs the world.\nThis position reports to:\nQuality Control Manager__\nMain Accountabilities：\nDefine quality standards & testing specification (checklist) for localized parts together with R&D and PE\nReview electronic components’ sample testing reports, assemble on product to verify quality before final approval\nCarry out technical audit on supplier site to review PPAP and manufacturing process\nCoach and support suppliers on quality for localization, outsourcing & continuous improvement\nDefine & adjust sampling plan for incoming components based on quality performance\nProduction line FPY, SPC, PFMEA, 5M1E monitoring and improvement\nPlan & arrange regular product & component reliability test, eg. endurance test, temp-rise test, electric life test, etc. to monitor quality\nPPS (Practical Problem Solving): Leading electronic PPS team to ensure fast response and resolution for quality issue and escalate from L1 to L2 & L3\nSupport Product Engineer for engineering change validation\nLeading production line PPAP (Flow Chart, PFMEA, Control Plan, MSA…) implementation for new product, including new testing device development and validation, trail run and product validation and approval\nInitiate component, product and process quality issue resolution\nParticipate projects of productivity, production line and process improvement, cost reduction initiated by production, engineering, planning, sourcing department.\nInternal & external product & process audit such as ISO9001, CCC, UL\nKnowledge, Skills, Experience:\nQuality tools knowledge and application skills PPAP, SPC, FMEA , MSA\nLean & 6 sigma methodology\nFamiliar with low voltage products ACB & MCCB standards, manufacture process, quality requirements and test specification is preferred\nGood collaboration, logic thinking, problem-solving\nStudy and experiences of AI is preferred\nBachelor’s degree or above, electronic engineering is preferred\nPrefer fluent written and spoken English\nMore About Us\nABB Smart Power provides energy distribution solutions for data centers, industrial and manufacturing plants, critical infrastructure and commercial buildings.
