Join us and help run what runs the world.\nThis Position reports to:\nProcurement Team LeadIn this role, you will have the opportunity to ensure the implementation, maintenance, and compliance of the purchasing and logistics-related activities in the Procurement function to support the businesses. You will also showcase your expertise by delivering and participating in training programs as required to e\nsure compliance and to foster professional development.\nThe work model for the role is: #LI-Hybrid\nThis role is contributing to the Process Automation business for BA Function Operation Centers and Quality division based in Bangalore, India\nYou will be mainly accountable for:\nSound knowledge in strategic souring activates.\nManage the complete Procure-to-Pay (P2P) process, including Purchase Requisition (PR), Purchase Order (PO), Goods Receipt (GR), Invoice Processing, and Payment follow-up.\nEnsure timely and accurate processing of procurement transactions in compliance with company policies and controls.\nMonitor and improve purchasing compliance, invoice accuracy, and payment performance.\nSupport supplier onboarding, vendor master maintenance, and supplier issue resolution.\nAnalyze procurement and payment data to identify process improvement opportunities.\nTrack and resolve blocked invoices, payment delays, and purchase order discrepancies.\nSupport audits and maintain documentation in compliance with internal controls and regulatory requirements.\nCollaborate with global and regional teams to drive process standardization and operational excellence.\nGenerate reports, KPIs, and dashboards to monitor P2P performance.\nStrong understanding of MRP & Production Order lifecycle.\nQualifications for the role:\nBachelor’s degree in engineering, Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain, or related field.\nMinimum 5+ years of experience in Procure-to-Pay (P2P), Procurement Operations, Shared Services, or Supply Chain Management.\nStrong knowledge of strategic souring activates, procurement processes, invoice management, accounts payable, and supplier management.\nHands-on experience with ERP systems such as SAP, Ariba/ (S/4HANA).\nExperience working in a manufacturing, industrial, engineering, or shared services environment.\nMore about us:\nABB a provides a comprehensive range of integrated automation, electrical and digital systems and services for customers in the process, hybrid and maritime industries.
