Build and maintain a diversified, resilient supplier base\nDrive continuous cost reduction and value creation across the supply chain.Define annual cost savings targets and track progress against KPIs. Implement initiatives: negotiation, innovation, specification optimization, and demand management etc.\nPeriodically reporting and summarize KPI and visualize performance\nEnsure supplier performance meets quality, delivery, and service requirements to support uninterrupted operations.Define and track Supplier KPIs\nBuild and continuously improve actions, set up digital and process infrastructure supporting procurement and logistics.\nEnsure all procurement activities adhere to legal, regulatory, and internal governance standards while proactively managing supply chain risks. Process owner of P2P process.\nEmbed ESG principles throughout the supply chain. Define and implement sustainable procurement aligned with ABB's ESG and carbon neutrality goals. Coordinate EPD.
