Join us and help run what runs the world.\nThis position reports to:\nPlanning & Fulfillment Manager__\nYour role and responsibilities\nIn this role, you will have the opportunity to support procurement operations within the Strategic Supply Unit while contributing to process excellence and continuous improvement initiatives. You will ensure the effective execution of purchasing activities, maintain strong supplier relationships, and help drive operational efficiency through reporting, data analysis, and process development. This role combines daily operational procurement activities with opportunities to improve ways of working and support digital transformation initiatives.\nThe work model for the role is: #Li-hybrid\nThis role is contributing to the Strategic Supply Unit, MOIM.\nYou will be mainly accountable for:\nExecute end-to-end procurement activities, including purchase order management, supplier communication, order confirmations, inbound logistics coordination, delivery follow-up, invoicing and resolution of supply-related issues.\n\nMonitor supplier performance and support initiatives to improve quality, delivery reliability, responsiveness, and overall operational efficiency.\n\nAnalyze procurement and logistics data, develop reports and KPIs, and provide insights that support operational decision-making and business performance.\n\nDrive continuous improvement and digitalization initiatives by identifying process optimization opportunities, supporting automation efforts, and contributing to the design, testing, and implementation of procurement-related systems and tools.\n\nCollaborate with cross-functional teams in planning, logistics, sourcing, customer support, finance, and master data management to support business objectives and process excellence.\n\nEnsure compliance with ABB policies, procedures, and ethical standards while supporting knowledge sharing, best practice implementation, and organizational development.\n\nQualifications for the role\nExperience in procurement, purchasing, supply chain, logistics, customer operations, or a similar operational environment.\n\nBachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, Economics, Engineering, or a related field.\n\nProficiency in ERP systems such as SAP and Microsoft Office applications, with interest in digitalization, process automation, and systems development.\n\nExcellent communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively in a global and cross-functional environment.\n\nExperience in inbound logistics, import/export processes, customs requirements, and international trade operations would be considered an advantage.\n\nFluency in English and Polish.\n\nBuilding a cleaner, smarter future takes all kinds of minds: the curious, the courageous, and the creative.
