In this role, you’ll be hands-on with the entire Procure-to-Pay process for indirect goods and services, working at the intersection of technology and international business. You’ll engage with a diverse network of colleagues and suppliers from around the world, ensuring seamless order creation, tracking deliveries, and keeping everything running smoothly for our ABB Electrification Business Area.\nYou will be mainly accountable for:\nManaging the end-to-end purchasing process, including launching purchase orders, confirming deliveries, and monitoring supplier performance to ensure timely and effective execution.\nAligning supplier orders with internal requirements, ensuring quality, timely delivery, sustainability, and cost-effectiveness, while building strong day-to-day relationships with approved suppliers and collaborating with local and international teams.\nOverseeing goods receipt verification and invoice processing, ensuring accurate and smooth execution of procurement transactions.\nSupporting supplier scouting together with Category teams and managing the supplier onboarding process through SAP Ariba.\nSupporting strategic sourcing activities by executing sourcing strategies, leading tactical negotiations and small RFQs, analyzing spend, and comparing supplier proposals to drive value for the organization.\nDriving digitalization, automation, and continuous improvement within procurement processes, while collaborating in cross-functional and virtual teams and contributing to international projects.\nIf you’re ready to push boundaries, grow your skills, and be at the forefront of industrial digitalization, this is your platform to make a difference.
