Each day, you will bridge global product ownership with regional market realities-transforming OEM customer requirements into integrated technical solutions and commercial strategies. You will showcase your expertise through critical activities spanning technical integration, portfolio management, supply chain coordination, pricing strategy, and customer support to ensure market competitiveness and profitability.\nThis role is contributing to the Drive Products Division (Motion business area) in Business Line Regional Markets. Product management function collaborates closely with different R&D units, marketing, regional sales teams, OEM customers, supply chain partners, and internal technical teams.\nYou will be mainly accountable for\n\nUnderstanding regional market requirements, OEM customers, machinery segments, and competitive dynamics-translating them into regional portfolio strategy, motor specifications, and technical requirements for servo + motor bundles.\nDefining technical specifications, compatibility criteria, and quality standards for servo motors; collaborating with SCM to evaluate suppliers and establish performance expectations aligned with ABB standards.\nManaging technical integration and system validation of servo drives with different motors-ensuring compatibility testing, compliance with local regulations, and comprehensive technical documentation in regional languages.\nUnderstanding customer and market needs for servo drives in Business Line Regional Markets and drive specification and development with R&D\nDeveloping regional pricing strategies, cost models, and competitive positioning for bundled offerings; monitoring profitability and providing pricing guidance to sales teams while coordinating cost inputs with SCM.\nSupporting regional go-to-market execution with sales teams and channel partners with technical training and support; managing customer escalations and ensuring technical excellence of organization in customer interactions.\nOur team dynamics \n\nYou will join a high-performing, technically skilled team dedicated to bringing innovative drive solutions to machinery OEMs. Our environment values cross-functional collaboration, customer focus, and technical excellence.
