You will also showcase your expertise by providing ideas and by being able to work both independently and as a part of a Research & Development (R&D) team.\nThe work model for the role is: #LI-Hybrid\nThis role is contributing to the Motion Business Drive Products Division in Bangalore, India\nYou will be mainly accountable for:\nYou will be working as a Domain expert and Product Owner for AC & DC Drive related Software Configuration & Commissioning tools.\nAs technical expert you will be responsible for understating the domain-related requirement from stakeholders and clearly communicating it to the team members. You are also responsible for domain related doubt clarification on an iterative basis and creating common understanding between team members and stakeholders. If any bug is reported by stakeholders, you should analyze it and create a high-level resolution plan for team members.\nAs PO you are responsible for delivery time of tools under development ensuring quality standards and maintain road map planning with up-to-date project status.\nAs a domain expert continuously monitoring the under-development project and ensuring each feature which is being developed fully meets customer expectations.\nYou should also ensure that the scalability and maintainability of the tool is ensured in every release.\nCreating and grooming requirements for teams, providing support for early demo.\nCommitment for a clear quality investment roadmap for the team to minimize technical debt, enable fast release with maximum test automation.\nMost importantly, living ABB’s core values of safety and integrity, which means taking responsibility for your own actions while caring for your colleagues and business.\nQualifications for the role:\nBE/B.Tech/ME/M.Tech in electrical or power electronic engineering from a reputed university\nMinimum 8-10 years of experience with variable frequency drives.\nDeep understanding of concept of AC, DC, Servo drives and different type of motors.\nExperience in Scaled Agile or Scrum Process, Software development lifecycle & CSPO certification will be added advantage.\nExcellent in network and communication skills in a multicultural environment.\nPrior experience working in Agile/Scrum environments as a Product Owner, Technical Product Manager, or Lead Engineer with product responsibility.\nMore about us :\nABB Motion provides pioneering technology, products, solutions and related services to industrial customers to increase energy efficiency, improve safety and reliability, and maintain precise control over processes.
