Join us and help run what runs the world.\nThis position reports to:\nManufacturing Supervisor__\nProduction Assembler\nLocation: Bartlesville, Oklahoma\nWork Model: Onsite\nDivision: Automation, Measurement & Analytics\nAbout the Role\nWe are looking for an ETOProduction Assembler to join our Bartlesville manufacturing team. In this role, you will assemble ABB products and systems while following established processes, quality standards, and safety requirements. You will work with hand tools and manufacturing equipment, read technical drawings and work instructions, and help ensure products are built safely, accurately, and on schedule.\nYour Responsibilities\nAssemble products, systems, and panels according to technical drawings, work instructions, and established production processes.\n\nUse hand tools, light equipment, and other manufacturing tools to complete assembly activities safely and efficiently.\n\nPerform quality checks and testing throughout the assembly process to ensure products meet specifications and quality standards.\n\nFollow standard operating procedures, production schedules, and established safety and quality requirements.\n\nMaintain a clean, organized, and safe work area and properly handle materials, tools, and equipment.\n\nIdentify and communicate quality, material, equipment, or production issues to team leaders or supervisors.\n\nWork collaboratively with other production team members to meet safety, quality, delivery, and productivity goals.\n\nDemonstrate a commitment to continuous learning and develop the skills needed to perform increasingly complex assembly work.\n\nQualifications\nRequired\nHigh school diploma or equivalent.\n\nPrevious manufacturing, production, assembly, construction, mechanical, electrical, or technical experience is preferred; relevant hands-on experience will be considered.\n\nAbility to read and follow technical drawings, diagrams, written instructions, and standard operating procedures.\n\nAbility to safely use basic hand tools and perform hands-on work in a manufacturing environment.\n\nStrong attention to detail and commitment to safety, quality, teamwork, and reliable attendance.\n\nPreferred\nPrevious experience in electrical, electronic, instrumentation, panel assembly, or industrial manufacturing.\n\nExperience with hand tools, power tools, electrical/mechanical assembly, wiring, or testing equipment.\n\nExperience working in a structured manufacturing environment with quality standards, production targets, and standardized work processes.\n\nWhat's in it for you\nWe empower you to take initiative, challenge ideas, and lead with confidence.
