Join us and help run what runs the world.\nThis position reports to:\nProduction Manager__\nProduction Engineering Manager（IE & Production Supervisor）\nYour role and responsibilities\nIn this role, you will have the opportunity to lead a function focused on the optimization of the Production organization’s assembly methods, processes, and equipment. Each day, you will ensure that the production process aligns with the project targets, approves the design, both for internal or external developed processes and performs the final test in accordance with the project’s data. You will also showcase your expertise by ensuring the efficiency of all external production processes.\nThe work model for the role is: {onsite}\nThis role is contributing to the {Instrument Transformers & Sensors (ITS)}in {Xiamen, China}. Main stakeholders are {ELDS}.\nYou will be mainly accountable for:\nBe responsible for plan of process and layout according to business strategy\nWI review and approval\nLead Takt time study to reduce throughput time\nManage improvement of process and tools to improve efficiency, safety,5s\nLead to solve the Top 5 quality problems\nHandle and coordinate problems occurring in manufacture process\nParticipate/ encourage improvement activities for capacity, quality, efficiency, cost reduction, etc. in manufacture process\nProvide the necessary training / coach to develop competence of team members and operators\nProvide support and cooperation to other function in several projects/issues\nLead relative activities to follow the requirement of company, such as EHS, Employee Guideline, etc.\nOur team dynamics\nYou will join a {dynamic, talented, high performing}team, where you will be able to thrive.\nQualifications for the role\nAbility\nStrong organizational and communication skills, able to perform well under high pressure.\nStrong leadership skills and a sense of ownership are required.\nGood analytical and statistics skills with a strong attention to detail are required.\nTeamwork orientation.\nProduction scheduling ability.\nKnowledge, Skills and Experience\nBachelor degree or above, Mechanical or Electrical Engineering or relevant specialties\n5+ years’ working experience and 3+ years in production/workshop management.
