Your role and responsibilities

• Optimize theProductionorganization’sassemblymethods, processes and equipment in order to minimize labor hours in accordance withbusiness strategiesrelated to quality,efficiency, costs and safety.
• Working phases: Defines the working phase sequence of a newproduction processin order to achieve the targeted product cost and equipment investment budget. Ensures appropriateproduction methods, cycle-time, equipmentperformance, and materials/components in support ofproductiontargets.
• Improvement projects: Identifies and recommends improvement opportunities and implements improvement projects, ensuring adherence to time frame, quality and cost requirements.
• Production process: Ensures theproduction processcomplies with the project targets. Approves the design for processes developed internally or externally and performs final tests with respect to the project.
• Productionsupport: Provides support toProductionduring the internal/external process/equipment start-up, defining action plans and training relevant maintenance andproductionresources.
• Process technologies: Evaluates new process technologies to improve productivity, quality and cost reduction, defining and leading testing activities, approval criteria and external provider choices.

Qualifications for the role

• Bachelor’s degree inElectrical Engineering,Industrial Engineering,Mechanical Engineering,Manufacturing Engineeringand relevant disciplines.
• Min 2 years ofproduction developmentexperience.
• Excellent command ofEnglishskills, Turkishknowledge is a must.
• Advanced level ofMS Excelusage.
• SAP, AutoCAD,SolidworksandMinitabwill be asset.
• Strongownership,project managementand multi-stakeholder managementskills.
