Join us and help run what runs the world.\nThis position reports to:\nOperations Manager__\nThe work model for the role is: {onsite} \nYour role and responsibilities\nOptimize theProductionorganization’sassemblymethods, processes and equipment in order to minimize labor hours in accordance withbusiness strategiesrelated to quality,efficiency, costs and safety.\nWorking phases: Defines the working phase sequence of a newproduction processin order to achieve the targeted product cost and equipment investment budget. Ensures appropriateproduction methods, cycle-time, equipmentperformance, and materials/components in support ofproductiontargets.\nImprovement projects: Identifies and recommends improvement opportunities and implements improvement projects, ensuring adherence to time frame, quality and cost requirements.\nProduction process: Ensures theproduction processcomplies with the project targets. Approves the design for processes developed internally or externally and performs final tests with respect to the project.\nProductionsupport: Provides support toProductionduring the internal/external process/equipment start-up, defining action plans and training relevant maintenance andproductionresources.\nProcess technologies: Evaluates new process technologies to improve productivity, quality and cost reduction, defining and leading testing activities, approval criteria and external provider choices.\nQualifications for the role\nBachelor’s degree inElectrical Engineering,Industrial Engineering,Mechanical Engineering,Manufacturing Engineeringand relevant disciplines.\nMin 2 years ofproduction developmentexperience.\nExcellent command ofEnglishskills, Turkishknowledge is a must.\nAdvanced level ofMS Excelusage.\nSAP, AutoCAD,SolidworksandMinitabwill be asset.\nStrongownership,project managementand multi-stakeholder managementskills.\nBuilding a cleaner, smarter future takes all kinds of minds: the curious, the courageous, and the creative.
