Make it your story.\nYour Role: Own the Challenge\nIn this role, you will have the opportunity to optimize the Production organization’s assembly methods, processes, and equipment to minimize labor hours in accordance with business strategies related to quality, efficiency, costs, and safety. Each day, you will ensure appropriate production methods, cycle time, equipment performance, and materials/components in support of production targets. You will also showcase your expertise by defining the working phase sequence of a new production process to achieve the targeted product cost and equipment investment budget.\nThe work model for the role is: #LI-Onsite\nThis role is contributing to the Electrification Smart Power in Apodaca, Nuevo Leon.\nYou will be mainly accountable for:\nCAPEX project documentation and justification (financial analyses, business cases, and project justifications)\nSupplier validation and qualification\nMachine release and approval processes\nFollow-up with suppliers and machine manufacturing progress\nGantt chart tracking and project schedule management\nProduction line support for the implementation of new equipment\nRequesting and managing supplier quotations\nOur team dynamics\nYou will join a dynamic, talented, high performing team, where you will be able to thrive.\n Qualifications for the role\nAt least 1 year of experience\nProficiency in 3D design software (SolidWorks, AutoCAD, or similar programs is preferred).\nBachelor's degree in Engineering\nAdvanced English communication skills\nWhat's in it for you?\nWe empower you to take initiative, challenge ideas, and lead with confidence.
